1. Scope

This policy applies to the website at ontiqo.com (the Website), operated by Ontiqo Pty Ltd (ACN 701 340 418) of Daylesford, Victoria, Australia (Ontiqo, we, us). Each Ontiqo program is covered by its own privacy policy, published on that program’s website.

2. Information collected

We collect the following personal information:

  1. Request data. When the Website is accessed, its host records the IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and the browser’s user agent.
  2. Usage statistics. Cloudflare Web Analytics records aggregate information about page views. It does not use cookies.
  3. Support requests. If you contact us through the support form or by email, we hold your email address, your name if given, the program concerned, the content of your message, and, for the support form, the operating system and browser used to send it.

3. Use

We use personal information only to operate and secure the Website, to prevent abuse, and to respond to support requests. We do not operate a mailing list.

4. Disclosure

5. Retention

Support requests are kept for as long as needed to deal with the matter and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Request data is retained by Cloudflare in accordance with its own policies.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by writing to privacy@ontiqo.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.

7. Applicable law and complaints

We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Where another law applies to you, including the GDPR or the UK GDPR, you retain the rights it gives you.

Complaints may be made to us at privacy@ontiqo.com, to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au), or to the supervisory authority where you live.
