The website at ontiqo.com (the Website) is operated by Ontiqo Pty Ltd (ACN 701 340 418) of Daylesford, Victoria, Australia (Ontiqo). By using the Website you accept these terms.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website provides information about Ontiqo’s software. It is not an offer to supply. Each program is supplied under its own licence agreement, presented at installation or purchase. A program marked “In development” has not been released, and no release date is promised.

3. Order of precedence

4. Intellectual property

The content of the Website, including text, images, logos and product names, is owned by Ontiqo or used under licence. You may view, link to and quote it with attribution. You may not present it as your own, or use it to suggest an association with Ontiqo that does not exist.

5. Third-party websites

The Website links to third-party websites, including app stores and browser extension stores. Ontiqo is not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

6. Availability

The Website is provided as is. It may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ontiqo is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the Website. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

9. Changes
